1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

To deliver the core functionality, we process the following personal information only to the extent necessary, with clearly defined purposes and methods:

We do not collect personal information unrelated to the Service through third-party SDKs. If you decline, some payment or analytics features may be unavailable, but core AI chat remains usable.

3. Data Storage

Location: Your personal information is primarily stored on servers located in mainland China.
Retention: We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the processing purpose. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 15 business days.
Security: HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data, regular security audits and vulnerability remediation, and strictly limited internal access rights.

4. Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure

1. We do not:

❌ use your data for commercial exploitation unrelated to the stated purposes;

2. We may lawfully disclose information in these circumstances:

5. Your Rights

Your rights in relation to your personal information are fully protected by law. You have the right to:

✏️ Rectify — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
🗑️ Erase — request deletion of your account and related personal data;
📥 Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent to collection at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
⏸️ Restrict or object — restrict how we use your information, or refuse non-essential personalisation;
🚪 Delete your account — self-service in the App under "Settings → Account → Delete account", or email service@dai-yan.me. We will complete the request within 15 business days.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain session state;
We use anonymised analytics tools to understand product usage;
You can manage cookies in your browser or system settings (some features may be affected).

7. Protection of Minors

The App is intended primarily for adults. We do not recommend that anyone under 18 use it unaccompanied. Where a minor uses the Service under the guidance of a guardian, the guardian should manage the account and bear the corresponding responsibility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
