Terms of Service

📌 Important: By using Dai Ω Agent and related services (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before use.
1. Service Description
Dai Ω Agent is an AI software product provided by Maoyan Enterprise Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). It includes, without limitation, multi-model intelligent chat, deep research, content generation, image generation and task automation, delivered as an online software service. Payments are securely processed by Creem.com as Merchant of Record.
2. Accounts & Subscriptions
- You must register an account and ensure the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
- The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans include monthly / annual subscriptions and credit packs.
- Subscription fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase. We notify you in advance before any auto-renewal, and you may cancel at any time.
- How to cancel: in the product under "Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription"; or via the Creem customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email; or by emailing service@dai-yan.me. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current paid period, and no further renewals occur.
- Credits purchased as credit packs are subject to an expiry period, as described on the purchase page.
3. Pricing & Currency
Customers in mainland China are shown and charged in Chinese Yuan (CNY ¥). International customers are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD $), converted at the live exchange rate (approximately 7.2). The final amount is determined by our payment processor (Creem) based on the billing region and the live FX rate. See our Refund Policy for the applicable rules.
4. User Conduct
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
- You must not disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Service, or attempt to bypass its security mechanisms.
- You must not use Service output for fraud, infringement, or any illegal purpose.
- You may not use Dai Ω Agent to generate NSFW, sexually explicit, deepfake, or illegal content. Violations may result in account termination.
- You must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Prohibited Content and Use
🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE for NSFW and harmful content.
You may not use Dai Ω Agent to generate NSFW, sexually explicit, deepfake, or illegal content. Violations may result in account termination.
You must not use the Service to generate, request, upload, store or distribute any of the following:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW or sexually suggestive content — zero tolerance across the entire platform;
- Any sexualised content involving minors — strictly prohibited, and reported to law-enforcement authorities;
- Deepfakes, face-swaps or face-manipulation (deepfake, face-swap, face-manipulation), or use of another person's likeness or voice without authorisation;
- Graphic violence, gore, terrorism or extremism;
- Hate speech, harassment or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality;
- Instructions for illegal activity (drug manufacture, explosives, weapons manufacture, hacking, malware, phishing, fraud, money laundering, and similar);
- Content infringing the intellectual-property, portrait or privacy rights of others;
- Disinformation, misleading content or deceptive impersonation of another person or organisation;
- Any attempt to circumvent, disable or defeat our content-moderation systems.
Enforcement: we may, without prior notice and without refund, remove content, issue warnings, suspend or permanently terminate your account, forfeit remaining credits, and report to law enforcement where required.
6. Refund Policy
Where the Service cannot be used normally and we confirm this is due to a platform-side technical issue, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit pack has been purchased and activated, it is non-refundable except as required by applicable law. See the Refund Policy for the complete rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, branding and interface designs of the Service are protected by intellectual-property law. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with their effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
